Dr. Grover does not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal as forms of payment (Non-Participating Provider).
For patients with PPO Insurance Plans: Dr. Grover is considered an “Out-of-Network” Provider. Some insurance companies will pay for services from “Out-of-Network” Providers, but there is no guarantee that your insurance company will pay for services. You are responsible for paying the total amount billed, regardless of whether your insurance company pays. Furthermore, Dr. Grover is not responsible for any communication with insurance companies. You will be able to generate an insurance claim for yourself through Luminello, Inc., the electronic medical record (EMR) system used by Dr. Grover. There is no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for the services provided by Dr. Grover. You will be considered a self-pay patient during the entire course of treatment with Dr. Grover unless Dr. Grover decides to accept your insurance plan in the future.

Yes, Dr. Grover has an up-to-date DEA License and is able to prescribe all psychiatric medications if clinically indicated based on a thorough psychiatric evaluation. Dr. Grover uses HIPAA compliant electronic prescribing software and is able to prescribe to most pharmacies.
If a requested pharmacy does not accept electronic prescriptions through this software and a medication is NOT a controlled medication, Dr. Grover will work with your requested pharmacy to best meet your needs. No medication will be prescribed until payment has been received.
Not showing up to a scheduled appointment AND/OR canceling an appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled follow up appointment will result in your credit or debit card being charged for the full fee of the visit. If greater than 10 minutes late, your appointment is not guaranteed. All cancellations/changes/rebooking of appointments must be made by you within your secure HIPAA compliant electronic medical record portal.
Yes, Dr. Grover utilizes a user friendly, HIPAA compliant EMR called Luminello. With Luminello patients can login, make appointments, request refills, cancel appointments, generate billing receipts, fill out forms, make payments, and contact Dr. Grover directly.
